Hotel facility are good staff were very friendly and helpfull location is very accessible Mrt and subway are just a few block from the hotel can be connected to any destination you plan to go taxi were waiting at the entrance most of the time I will chose imperial hotel for my trip to Taipei always keep up your good work cheers

Front Desk staffs were so polite and kind in assisting us for every requests and great in giving suggestions going around the city.

the hotel's location is unbeatable, with the night market only a short walk away. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

I had a few issues during my stay. The air conditioning was outdated and didn't work properly, which made the room uncomfortably hot and humid.

The hotel was conveniently located near a night market and transportation to Shi Lin market was easy to find. Additionally, the facilities were clean and well maintained.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities like the private facilities made our experience unforgettable. the Bar/ Lounge area was well, appointed and offered a great selection of drinks. the room advantages were extraordinary, from the comfortable bed, to the high, end electronics, and luxurious toiletries. the service was impeccable with the staff willing to fulfill all our needs and provided personalized service. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transport.

The only negative was the limited location advantages around the hotel, with not many restaurants or attractions within walking distance. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our exceptional experience at this hotel.

It was just a short walk from the MRT station, and there was a lively night market nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

The check-in process was a bit slow and could have been more efficient.
